Its been a great week for smaller UK brands, and i’ve highlighted the best of the bunch from Gander and Dangee. There’s been some great drops this week by Norbit and Barbour x Noah, however they’re pretty expensive, so i’ve suggested some much cheaper alternatives. There’s the usual best dressed of the week as well as some great bits outside of clothing.
Bielby’s
Bielby’s is a unique brand in that it is a one man band where all construction takes place using top of the range vintage machinery in Hull. All their clothing is extensively researched and inspired from vintage pieces with high attention to small details. The pricing reflects the quality of the product, considering top of the range materials and craftsmanship is used, I think its pretty reasonable, it’s well worth giving Bielby’s a follow and staying up to date with what he’s doing.

Gander
Gander is a UK-based clothing brand that crafts versatile clothing designed to transition from the outdoors to casual social settings, embodying their motto: "Purposeful garments accompanying you from the peaks to the pub." Their recent drop below is great, with a consistent theme across the collection
Peveril Jacket £299
Deans Short £95
Deans Shirt £108
Castle Short £110
Norbit Jacket:
Norbit released a great jacket this week, however it’s already sold out, I thought I wouldn’t give up there however and i’ve found a much cheaper alternative.
Alternative:
Clarks Sommerset Pack (New Release)
A couple bright pairs of wallabees as we transition into Spring.
Available Here £135
Best dressed of the week
Front river has some immaculate style, usually I cut out the backgrounds but it feels wrong here, he carefully selects his backgrounds and they end up adding to his outfit. He predominantly wears clothes from Sillage, Camiel Fortgens and Barbour.
Noah x Barbour
Noah and Barbour came together again this year with a great collection, however, it’s very pricy. And so, as you may predict, i’ve gone and found some alternatives…
Alternatives:
Barbour Jacket £68
Obey Jacket $36
Vintage P.G. Field Fleece Jumper £19
DanGee
Dangee is a small UK brand out of Kent by Dan, the brand was born out of Dan learning how to sew in lockdown and has continued seamlessly since then. The brand is predominantly focused on bags, which they are clearly very talented at, but they are slowly introducing clothing into the mix!
They had a drop on Sunday which has some great pieces as seen below.
Field Jacket £225
Poly Bag £150
Custom Embroideries
Claxies does some great custom embroideries if you’re looking to add to any of your clothing.
Ceramics
I found these and thought i’d include them, Grace Mcarthy is a talented studio potter that makes some really great ceramics at a very affordable price point.
Available Here £14-£50
Giorgio Wazowski
Lazare hats below, are inspired from traditional Georgian hats and wool beanies, they are made from 100% wool and carefully crafted. Though based on a very traditional style, they have a modern feel to them making for an interesting combination
Available Here £45-£70
wow, the colours just amalgamate together so beautifully on this one, even the colourblind would appreciate
